I have a few friends that live in the Gaithersburg/DC area so I head up there from time to time and love it.

Hey Brian... Welcome! Nice to see somebody from my area. I work in Baltimore but live across the line in PA. Every stop by the Humidour in Timonium or by Mt. Washington Cigar Co. on Falls Road in Baltimore?

Hey Doc. Technically I live in the White Marsh area, but I also work in Baltimore. My father in law lives not to far into PA (Leader Heights) so we get up there from time to time.

Funny that you mention The Humidour...I love that place. I was actually up there this past friday, and Im sure ill end up there sometime this weekend. Its a great place to hang out with friends and the staff there couldn't be nicer. As for MWC, I have heard a lot about it, but havnt been there yet. I'm sure Ill get there one of these days!

I live in Glen Rock, PA... just a little south-west of Leader Heights. I'm usually at the Humidour on Wednesday afternoons. I drive by it everyday on the way home. We shoud meet up there one day and have a smoke.

Ahhh! Wednesday is the one day a week I have to work late! I usually go up there on a saturday or sunday when the rest of the stogie smokers im friends with are ready to reload their humis...usually once or twice a month (we still buy a bunch of various singles as opposed to boxes so we go through em pretty quick), but ill elt everyone know next time we plan on headin up, and also If there is a rare wednesday that the presses at work aren't running!

Hey, I'm flexible! Just let me know when you might make over there and I'll see if I can adjust my schedule. Or maybe at one of the special events... just went to the the Gurkha event last Thursday [IBOsmiley (Frank) was there too].

Wil do! My cousin (David D. Meade, Jr) and I were planning on going to the Ghurka event and ended up getting sick! I was pretty bummed, but I did make it to the NUb one the beginning of June for a few hours, which was fun.

hey bro - there are a lot of us DC,VA, MD guys on here. I'm sure that at some point we will all hook up. We have a huge HERF in Ballston (Va) in Sept. Try to make it to that!

Hey, another VA/DC/MDer. Welcome to the fun. We go up to the Humidour in Timonium a lot, and we do a lot of other gatherings at various places here in the large metro area. Look forward to seeing you (and the wifey) coming out and joining in on the fun.
