Cigar Social Network

Hey everyone! Just wanted to take a second for myself to introduce.....myself. My name is Brian, and I guess Im still somewhat considered a newb when it comes to the wonderful world of stogies. I started having one every once in a while over the past few years and really developed a love for them. My wife bought me a small engraved 50ct. humidor as a wedding gift, which I am in the process of filling up!

I enjoy long walks on the beach at sunset, dancing in the rain, dramatic comedies...whoops, sorry...wrong forum....*AHEM" I love my wife, my friends and family, maduro cigars, micro brewed beer, cooking on the grill, cars, football and design.

I look forward to getting to know all you guys, perhaps over a cigar sometime. Thanks for the welcome to this awesome site! Happy smokin'!

All you VA/DC/MDer's better stop trying to steal my MD/PAer from me!! LOL!
Wow!!! Your the biggest pussy I have ever met. I feel like Chris Hansen should walk in and offer me to sit and have some cookies while some young chick named HoTfOrU69-94 runs upstairs to get changed while parents are out of town. But never mind that the real reason I am here is because we all are going to say somethings and your going to say somethings and thats it were done. TO be truthful I have been here since yesterday, and I have met alot of people in your situation and help is around the corner. First take every "Kahlua" cigar you have and throw out the nearest window then light your humidor on fire if it was in there. I would rather have cigar beetles chew on the outer retina of my eye while listening to a New Kids On the Block reunion live acoustic album then smoke a ACID, Maker's Mark, or Kahlua cigar. Actually they are one of my favorites. Got to go to my final interview now in some hotel room with my entire family inside along with some really cool semi-bald guy with an awesome mustache. Toodles.
Whats funny is that 90% of the people here aren't going the jokes in that paragraph. They are just going to think you are a huge bag o' douche.....and even though you are, I'm glad you are showing some board activity. Now if you wouldnt mind, can you please put that $100 back on my fridge. Athankya.
Welcome fellow Marylander! As you've found out by now there are quite a few SC'rs from the Metro Baltimore/Washington area here.

I have been to MWC quite a few times in the past year. It's got a nice lounge and the folks there are nice. I also like the Mt Washington Tavern just across the street--used to be a nice place to catch a smoke before the ban went into effect...

Hope to see you at one of our local herfs...
Thanks, Joe. It definitely appears that the Mid-Atlantic is highly represented here! I will definitely make it out to MWC sometime sooner than later cause I have heard nothing but good things. Hope to see you there. And as for a local herf, I know that I and a few of my good freinds in the area (David Meade Jr., Big Phil, Joe Stewart) would love to come!
Thanks for the welcome, Bubba. Glen Burnie is about 15 minutes from me, not bad at all. My cousin (David Meade Jr on here) lives in Pasadena, so he's right in your neck of the woods. We are always talkin about settin something up with friends to hang out and talk over some cigars, liquor (beer, scotch and booze) and some grilled steaks. When we hammer out the details, we will let everyone know.

Happy smokin!
Hi Brian...Welcome to the Social Cigar Forum!

Since you are a self proclaimed Newbie, I hope that you find THIS LINK to be useful. If so, post a reply to keep it "topped" for other Newbies.

It's too bad that you don't spell your name correctly.
