Get on the Mailing list

Ladies and Germs,

One of the great things to do at Social Cigar is to either offer up cigars as bomb/blindsides to others, or to offer up your mailbox as a target. You will find much joy on both sides of the exchage. To help this, we've got a Social Cigar Mailing list.

The first, and most important point: This list is NOT for sale, and is not distributed to anyone that isn't interested in being an active member of the Social Cigar community. We value our own privacy, and wouldn't want yours violated either. There will be some amorphous standards attached to who gets on the list, and who gets it as well:
- Shadows won't get the list.
- People who don't have any real information in their profiles won't get it.
- Marketers without any real interest in cigars will not get it.

You will need to be a decently active member to get the list. Anyone abusing the Mailing List will face harsh cyber, and real world, consequences, which may include sending Tiny Tim to stink up your bathroom.

Now that we've got the heavy stuff out of the way.. How do you get on the list? Tazdiablo is the original keeper of the list, and Karl, our Social Cigar Scribe will be helping Taz with the upkeep. Send a friend request to Karl from his page:

And Karl will send you a Private Message (PM) to get your relevant info. A resident of NYC, Karl can smell a rat a mile away, so he's our first line of privacy defense. Once a month, or so, Karl will email the list to all Mailing List participants.

So, with that in mind, bombs away, and have fun!
