Ok boys, I talked to Chris today and Jungle Jims is hosting their first event on April 25th. CAO will be the vendor, he didn't have the exact time yet, but I'm sure that'll come along. They also plan on having a bar setup w/ full service (they have a full liquor license) So clear your calendar and show up for a great time!

P.S. There's a White Castle VERY close, so if you need 'drunked up food' on the way home, it's there.

The wife and I had a great time. We didn't mind the lack of chairs, as it was our first cigar tasting and figured that was par for the course, besides it forced us to walk around and meet some fine folks.

The mixed drinks were cheaper than a beer at the Reds stadium.

We had a great time. Looking forward to meeting more area folks in the future. Everyone treated us real nice, (having an outgoing wife helps!) and everyone seemed happy to have a place to smoke in Ohio.
Ragnar,
What's the name of the shop in Madison?? Sounds like a nice motorcycle trip!!

I've been to a cigar shop in Madison. Are we talking about Madison Indiana? If so its right on t he main drag. A little pricey but very nice owners and great atmosphere.
Churchhills Cigar is right next to the Front Porch cafe on Main street. A little pricey, but a nice atmosphere. I'll pay for atmosphere. Clean, well kept, a very old fashion cigar shop. And he plans on expandng to have a lounge in the backroom. He is quite the character and has a great life story. Something very important in Barber shops and Cigar stores. Plus his wife is lovely and he was polite and respectful when my wife stopped in alone to buy a Rocky Pattell vintage 1992. That means a lot to me.

We went by it last night on the way back from hiking at Clifty Falls, But they were closed. It was late anyway and we had to pick up the kids from my MiL's in Vevay.

BTW, Belterra is cigar friendly, Friday night after the Cigar Tasting at Jungle Jim's , the lovely and talented wife and I stopped off for a nightcap and we saw a few business men smoking cigars in the atrium in the grand entrance.
Ragnar,
Thanks for the info. I'll look them up! I'm like you, I don't mind paying a little more for something if the atmosphere is right.

Thanks again,
