You may recall that back on the 12th I expressed my disappointment in the service and professionalism of CHEAPERCIGARS.COM.

I now question their honesty and integrity.

It seems that this company is very efficient at billing your credit card but a lot less efficient at crediting it after a cancelled order.

Not only have they not made the appropriate adjustment to my card but have ignored my emails asking when I can expect the amount they billed me to be removed from my card.

Not only do they ignore these emails but when I called them I got put on "long" hold (also known as ignore).

It is my opinion that CheaperCigars.com should be avoided at all costs.

I am not sure why it took them over a week to process my order, perhaps they did not have product in stock, but honesty and frankness would have solved that, I would have probably continued to wait, but to just leave the order in the processing mode with no indication that it will ever ship out was more than just a little concerning.  Now it seems that unlike all the other on-line sites I have dealt with they are reluctant to repay the amount they took from me for a cancelled order.

I will let you know if they ever do the honest thing or if I have to have my credit card company go after them. Even if they do what is right I would still warn all of my brothers and sisters on this site to be most careful if you ever deal with CheaperCigars.com.

Bill, it is BECAUSE you have not notified your credit card company about CheaperCigar's tactics, that nothing has been done. The credit card company needs to know what has happened, so you can file a complaint and have them hold the charge [or get you a refund]. CheaperCigars will bow to whatever the credit card company tells them to do...but NOT to you, as your money pales to what CheaperCigars would lose if the credit card company dropped them.
Thanks Arturo I have actually informed my Credit Card company, they are taking action, I'm not sure what that action may be but I agree with you, it is better than I can do alone.
My purpose with this post is to hope that we all boycott CheaperCigar.com in protest of their lack of ethics.
I want all here to know what to expect and be warned.
I've gone the Credit Card Company route before with other company or individual tactics and have never been disappointed. These cretins face getting a bad credit report for their dishonesty. Sometimes it doesn't matter to an individual, but a company's future depends on its ability to keep little guys like you and me happy.
I hope this is true in this case Arturo. I feel they deserve to be "dinged" for this kind of behavior.

You should have known by the name of their site. I always buy from themostexpensiveplacetogetyourcigars.com. Check it out sometime!
Perhaps it's not the "non-expense" of the cigars that their name refers to. I'm thinking it's subliminal...in reference to the overall quality of their services.
I'm with Bil and Craig, I'm boycotting, not that I have used them before, But nonetheless, I won't use they're site
