Good Brands and Tips for a Newbie?

My name is SGT Harmon, Brandon, I'm in Afghanistan right now and I'm fairly new to cigars..I got into it about a year ago and know I love it, but I've been deployed for about 5 months and this hobby really picked up. Until now I didn't really care about what I smoked, Just smoking a cigar was good enough, but now I want to get a few here and there and really figure out what my tastes are, can you guys kinda give me a hand on what brands and types of cigars can give me a good spectrum of what there is out there... then I'm going to go on a scavenger hunt and try to get them.... Thank you.

it'd probily help if I had some whiskey or really any alcohol to help enjoy these cigars, it makes it hard to figure out what you like when you have just only powdered gatorade sitting around haha
