Is glue a bad thing?
Right now I have a problem with my humidifier and hygrometer. The problem, they keep falling off the metal plates they came glued to. I have them mounted in the under side of my humidor's lid. I tried using hot glue to make them stay but that didn't work either. Does anyone have some kind of solution? I don't want to leave them on the bottom of my humidor's floor I won't have enough for more cigars.

Does outting the hygrometer on top the cigars give you a better reading?

I was worried about using glue too because I knew it impart a disgusting smell on my cigars. I knew for the most hot glue was odorless that's why I used it, alas it didn't work. However, I did find something lastnight hat worked that is actually what you guys have been saying to use. I found some 3M Command Strips and they work perfectly.
