Not that this is going to be of much help, but here you go:

1. Casa De Los Habanos in the Kuwait City International Airport.

Friendly service and a complete lineup of genuine Habanos, with exception of a few of the regionals.

2. The Davidoff Shop at the Avenues Mall.

Complete selection of Davidoff and Avo, as well as the more popular Cubans.

**Added**  As far as lounges go, there aren't any. However, since they moved from Iraq to Camp Buehring Kuwait, Derek and his Soldiers herf daily at the bandstand area. They proudly call themselves The Combat Cigar Lounge.

I'll be herfing with them on Christmas day and will throw up some pictures.
