I have been on a dite since fat tuesday so far I have lost 30 lbs. Yesterday I noticed that it is 150 days till my weding so I started a twitter if you would like to follow http://twitter.com/thefatman150

Good luck on this. I'm down to 51 days before my wedding, and I know it's not easy.

Nice. I cut out regular soda and started drinking more water and diet soda and I've dropped about 40 lbs. and 2 pant sizes in about 6-7 months.

Exercise? What's that? (^_^ )
