SC nation, I call on your help once again!
My buddy and I are taking a road trip for our spring break, which is March 5th-15th.
We are starting in or around Cincinnati or Indianapolis and we plain to head straight south.
we are planning on going through Kentucky, Virginia, TN, GA, Alabama, Miss.
Sooooo, what I want to know from you wonderful people is.....
Where do i want to go in these states?
Special cigar shops that you know about?
Any places i want to take a tour through?
Anyone who wants to meet a fellow SC BOTL and open your door?
Just wondering if you wonderful people have any suggestions for me.

Wherever you go, stop in Kentucky and pick me up some White Castle burgers! We don't have those here in Texas and that's where the closest one to me is... (^_^ )
Ohhhh white castle.... We have one just down the road from where i live... To be honest, i cant stand them any more. Im more of a skyline kind of guy... If you know what that is. If not, you need to go to one whenever you get into cincinnati!
I've driven over, under, around and straight through this wonderful country. My advice - slow down and enjoy where you are. Some of my fondest memories of road trips come from random mom & pop diners in the middle of nowhere.
Worry you not, we are taking it very easy and slow and getting distracted whenever we can
Hey Chris, Tennessee is a beautiful state. I visited there when I was a kid, the center of the state mostly, although we also road tripped it to Chattanooga in the southeast. Of course the Jack Daniels distillery is there, as well as Nashville, one of the centers of music - and the fullscale model of the Parthenon is really awesome to see.

I'm sure there are folks on SC who live in those parts who can tell you more about TN than I know...
If you make it into North Carolina a trip to one of the JR stores is in order, even if you don't buy any cigars from their whoppin' big hike-in humidors.

Oh, and in Nashville Tn. it's worthwhile to spend some time with the fine folks at CAO Cigars.
In Virginia try to drive the Blueridge Parkway. Even if a stop in Virginia isn't on your agenda this is some of the most beautiful scenery East of the Rockies. If you take the 95 or 64 route through Richmond let me know.

Lots of stuff in Georgia, especially cigar shops near Atlanta. I think there is a SCer on here, Eddie Oliva (maybe?) who lives in ATL that would be better to answer that one.
