Seven days and counting

Having a big knee surgery next Wednesday. I tore the ACL, MCL, and both miniscus in one shot. The only thing I'm hoping for is good pain pills and the ability to smoke some good sticks while I'm down.

That is why they ACL takes the longest to heal .. I still have staples in my R knee .

Does it give you any trouble or has it become stable again? I'm into Muay Thai and am worried about how it will feel once it is back to full speed. Is the shin sore or will it take shin blocks agian once healed up?

I still tear up the Ski slopes , just don't hit the moguls much anymore !!! I have to wear a full on sport knee brace , I have a lot of lateral movement ( side to side ) ? Get yourself a good brace .

I'm off in about 20min to get cut, I'll talk to you all once I'm able. I wouldn't mind a few prayers if you have the time.

My hamstring H U R T S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dr. said it all went well, got my rehab work set up and Dr. again next week. I love the pain pills, wow the hammy hurts and my shin is numb.
