Stimulas plan revealed
Two contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the White House. One is from Chicago, and the other is from Texas.
The Texas contractor does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700: $300 for materials, $300 for my crew and $100 profit for me.
"The Chicago contractor doesn’t measure or figure, but leans over to the White House official and whispers, "$2,700.
"The official, incredulous, says, "You didn’t even measure like the other guy! How did you come up with such a high figure?
"The Chicago contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the guy from Texas to fix the fence."
"Done!" replies the government official.
And that, my friends, is how the new stimulus plan will work.

The guy from Texas would have just used the money to hire 20 illegal immigrants for a dollar and pocket the difference.

Now see, if the word stimulus were spelled correctly in the title to this thread, then I would think the whole thing was funny.
As it is, this little story sheds a lot more light on the attitudes of the people reading it than it does on the actual subject it pretends to be about.

All I did was copy paste, I didn't check the spelling. The point is, they really don't kow what they are doing and most of the money already spent is unaccounted for. The banks already told the Democrats they had no idea of where the money really went, no accounting was done on specific dollars.
Spending/printing more money is exactly what broke the Soviet Union, now we are doing the same damn thing. The dems are so smug and will cause rapid inflation if they are not careful and when was a politician careful with our money? Laugh at that.
