Just looking for input on Thompson CIgar. I have been a member of their cigar club for about two years now. I love their humidors and their samplers. I have liked some of their house brands as well and was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts on them. Thanks for any info.

Famous Smoke Shop, JR's, Cigars International are all much better sources for cigars online. Cigar.com is another online e-tailer that has done me well. Use one of these businesses and you will be much better off. You also should check out The Party Source too. There pricing is competitive with everyone else, sometimes better.
I agree with both mmk and torpedo2. Thompson means well, but other sites' prices and customer service cant be beat. I ordered several things from Thompson, now they wont leave me alone with telephone calls about other offers on their products. They mean well and all, but I stick to Famous, Cigars Intl.,Jr, and the evil c-bid, but that's another matter
You really can't go wrong with Cigar.com, especially if you're looking for singles to try something before you commit to a box. Holt's is another goodie; they have awesome samplers but a fairly limited stock on boxes.

In other news, C-Bid is the devil. (^_^ )
I used to be with Thompson years ago in the late 90's... I would not purchase another thing from them, especially their blended crappy cigars. The cigars usually came too wet and the overall quality of CS was bad.
Avoid at all costs. Their house brands are beyond bad. While they occasionally have some decent deals, most of their prices are higher than most. And in my experiences, they have crappy customer service.
I.ve thought about it,looks like I'm glad I didn't!
I don't want to waste my time on "house blends"
I use Neptune cigars web site to get my stuff, good customer service and decent prices,
also the smoke ring thing, free seegars ,you only pay the freight!

Once in a blue moon Thompsons serves its purpose, i.e: it's the only place that has Partagas 150's left. Otherwise beware the House of the Iguana:

Yeah for $158 a fiver! No thanks... Good cigar but not that good.
I like http://www.atlanticcigar.com Thompson hosed me too many times.
