Today's Smokes 2/28/09

Well its Saturday my friends. I'm done in NC for the weekend, and will be making a trip to Jr's to purchase a couple CAO boxes. Looking to get the MX2, and Brazilia at great cost. What will everyone be enjoying today? I hope my friends attending the Washington Metro area herf tonight have a blast. Eric if your going please dont be mad at me for missing it. We always seem to be missing each other brother.

Thanks for the shout out for the herf tonight bro! I've already started herfing with an Oliva MB3 churchill and not I'm smoking a Rocky Patel Winter Collection Toro...this cigar is ok but not spectacular...might need some humi time if I buy a couple more. No telling what I'll smoke later so stay tuned!

I just got home from the DC herf and my god WHAT A HERF!! I smoked an RP Decade Torpedo at the B&M before I got to the herf then when I got to the herf I had the following:

-Illusione 88 Robusto
-Tatuaje Gran Cojonu
-Camacho SLR Maduro Churchill
-Camacho 10th Anni Torpedo
-CAO Brazilia Gol

Matt,
I smoked my first Hoyo De Monterrey in years today. I got those and some Brazilias and Nat Shermans delivered yesterday. I just finished the Hoyo and it was a nubber-great all the way through. I bought some Brazilias in the tin a few months ago and enjoyed them so I ordered a few Gol! and can't wait to sample the larger version. Is anybody ordering up a few more sticks in anticipation of the increased taxes that start pronto? I am thinking now is a good time for me to stock up before the price increases start which I believe is in April.
