If you could smoke one cigar with anyone dead or alive, who would it be? I think it would be cool to see what names are tossed out there. You can name one celebrity and one other, such as a family member or close friend. You can also name the cigar.

For me I would love to smoke one with my Grandfather. He died when I was 19. I like to "catch up" with him and show him what kind of man his grandson turned out to be. I would let my grandfather pick out the cigar for this one. The celebrity would be JFK. You know he knew a good cigar!

bruce fuckin springsteen, or abraham lincoln
Family: my dad, I think the only time he didn't have a stogie was when sleeping and showering.

Celeb: John Wayne, aboard his yacht, drinking Wild Turkey and deep sea fishing.
I'd like to smoke with my maternal grandfather - who is dead - but it may be just a bit weird to smoke with a corpse ...... so I'll just go with my boys Nate & Jon (you did say "smoke one cigar with anyone" - not smoke a cigar with just one person).

By far my best friends .......
I'd love to smoke with Bogart or Fitzgerald.

Other? My wife's grandfather. I never met him- he died before I met my wife- but he continues to influence her life as her "father figure".
My grandfather, since it was smelling his cigars that got me interested.

As for a celebrity type person....I'd fire one up with Enzo Ferrari while thrashing his masterpiece, the F40, around the Nurburghring in Germany.

The smokes in both cases would have to be LFD Factory Press II's.
I would love to light up with George Burns, at the end of his career shortly before he died. 100 years of experience and laughs... can you imagine what he could tell you? What he's smoking is what I'm smoking.

Runner-up - Arnold Schwarzenneger - He truly loves cigars and America. To sit down with him and share his experience of realizing the American Dream from his perspective would be amazing. Again, whatever he is smoking.

Relative - My Dad's father. He drowned in a fishing accident when my Dad was 16 so I never knew him. My Dad talks about him like he was a god. I'd love to sit with him to see what he was really like. The stogie would be a Gurkha X-Fuerte Grand Torpedo [good for 2-3 hours!]. Maybe two.
Waylon Jennings and my Grandfather. Two guitar players and I play banjo. Cigar smokin and jammin. Nothin better!
