Just a quick question.

As I browse the my cigar catalogs, I see a lot of great mixed samplers of many brands and sizes. My question is why is the Robusto size the most prevalent size in a sampler? I'm not talking about one brand with 3-5 different sizes, but, mixed brands that on the average are all Robustos. I haven't really been into the Robustos for quite some time and that is why I generally don't buy to many of the samplers.

Quite simply, cigar samplers are primarily Robustos because they are generally the most popular size, at least speaking from my experience. I own Casillas Cigars in California and they are by far and away our most popular. Robustos are a good size for a potential future consumer to try because it can give you a good idea of the blend. The consumer is not stuck with a 7 inch cigar that they don't like. I do appreciate seeing the customer insight and have actually created several different samplers of various sizes.

Thanks for the post.
