My all time favorite dinner

ingredients
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs salt
1 tea spoon mustard powder
juice of one lemon
evoo
heart of romain
prep
mince garlic , with back of knife rub salt and garlic into a paste. combine lemon juice ,garlic paste, and mustard pwdr. wisk in evoo until achived disered conisity (I like it to have a melted butter look) toss in choped heart of romaine
oven roasted cornish game hen
ingredents
game hen
butter
polturey mix (sage, time, rosmary) i use fresh herbs but powder workes well
citrus fruit (lemon lime grapfruit) cubed with shin on
prep
gentley remove skin from flesh without removing from bird, butter inbetween skin and flesh, stick hearbs inbetween skin and flesh, stuff inside of bird with remainding herbs and cut up citrus, season to liking and roast.
serve with a side of wild rice, or cus cus
