This coffee in Mr. Jerry's own words is "The best coffee he's ever had." and I totally agree. Doi Chaang SE Dark Roast has a very robust and full body, yet surprisingly, is not bitter at any time through the cup. No matter how strong you make it. I really enjoyed this coffee, so much, that I went back to grab the last little bit left in the pot. The first taste carries a slight sweetness and the lasting effect has a hint of caramel and chocolate. This coffee is one to be sipped, to be enjoyed, on an evening or morning when all you have to worry about is relaxing.....vegging....The notes of earthiness and smokiness carry evenly throughout. This coffee would pair greatly with many a variety of cigars and cigaraholics with a variety of tastes. Belive me, this coffee has something for everyone. If you enjoy a dark, robust, yet smooth coffee and cigar, try this one. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did......Thanks Mr. Jerry......
