I'm enjoying the aging process. Except for the arthritis.

Does anyone know if AARP is tied is with any Cigar retailers. I think we all earned a nice discount from one of the big online sellers.

I guess i'm the new kid on the block. Just turned 59 on 10/12, besides a little need for joint lubrication, i'm ready for another 40years. Kind of enjoy the extra treatment every so often, this culture doesn't seem to appreciate older folks like when i was growing up.

I smoke a lot of different brands and blends. I am not a cigar snob, I buy based on what I think taste good. I don't care if it has a band, box or bundle, long filler, short filler, mixed filler, whatever. If I think it tastes good, I will buy more. Of my favorite big brands, I would say Davidoff, Rocky Patell Vin 92, San Cristobal, AF Hemingway, Excalibur and La Gloria Cubana. I also buy the house blend from my local B&M, they are less expensive and very good. I even have some Free Cubas.

Because of our financial situation and my occupation, I smoke really cheap. I'm a truck driver so I get bored easily. When I'm bored I eat. To keep from eating I smoke, usually 2-5/day. I like some house brand maduros I get at a truck stop in Hooks Texas. They have an in house cigar store called Elite Cigars. I also buy from CI. There again, I buy really cheap. I just bought 2 bdls. of Zelo de Cubas (not bad for an everyday smoke) and just ordered 2 bdls. of Flor del Cubas from them. However I do treat myself occasionally with the better stuff. I really like Nubs.
