I should add that about 50% of my cigar smoking happens in LA....that qualifies for the group right?

True rights oriented legislation makes concessions to serve all citizens, not just protect the interests of some. The veil of "health protection" in this bill thinly disguises outright tobacco prohibition! Our rights are being threatened here and
Freedom in America can only stand if it is guarded by US!
