Currently at my plant in Tamboril Santiago Dominican Republc and we have just recreated the perfect cigar. This is the Premier of the Sir Vin Royale Line. This particular smoke is dark 9 year aged maduro wrapper nestled against the same as the binder and encasing a delicious blend of 20-20 dominican and ?
