Wine Making

I will be honest I haven't bought a bottle of wine in 10 years unless i am out . I have been making wine for around 10 years now

I really enjoy Red wine and the drier the better this year i made a Bardolino and it came out great. I am really not into mixing Grapes to much because it comes out so strong you can only drink a 1/2  glass and go to sleep, My wine i make enough to drink from year to year 30 gallons, also i dont use no sulfites so you can drink all nite and wake in the AM with No headache or anything.I dont have the room for the Presses and crushers so i get Italian juice 6 gallons pails for 55.00
by the time the wine is ready to drink it cost you 10.00 a gallon and its the best wine you will ever drink
