I have NO idea if the trimming will help humidify - but separate gar flavors! My big humidor is going this way, but my two smaller humidors are cello-free - call it an experiment!

scott, thanks amigo... I'm enjoying trying them out one at a time. Hard job, but somebody has to do it right?
fuck man! very nice collection!
Nesto, I'd read that by pulling off the cello wrapper completely, you ran the risk of blending tastes - and strengths from adjoining cigars. Someone suggested that cutting off the end of the wrapper s would allow better humidification without running the risk of "mixing" flavors. However... since posting this, a friend said that he'd tried it and the only effect he noticed was a "weird taste" in the first half-inch of all the cigars. So, the jury is still out with my experiment! I'll post my experiences in a month or so! Stay crazy man!
Nice collection!!!!!! What is the purpose of trimming the cello off the foot??????
