The Virginian said… - Count me in for developing a club in Virginia, the last area jurisdiction that didn't have a "hissy fit" over smoking in a public area.
Although I distain cigarettes, and do not condone smoking indoors, I have no problem with aloowing an establishment the right to allow indoor smoking if they meet the indoor air quality requirements, sepatation from diners, etc..
Let me know if you want to chat about this more. I know of two sites that would bring 'em in!
