A lot of people smoke cuban cigars here and from what I see (from forums) the same goes for the rest of Europe too.
I don't know about US but from what I read in ratings there are a lot of cigars that are very good, such as Arturo Fuente, Camacho, Reyes, Nat Sherman etc. widely known in the US market. I haven't smoked any of these cigars! I plan of doing it in the future!
