Vector or Xikar... I've used both for quite a while.. they last. And with a lifetime warranty, you can get it repaired or replaced with no prob. Average cost for a single jet is $25-$45.

Surfing the web yesterday, I found an article online from the Village Voice saying that they have "identified" the cigar that Bill Clinton, ahem, "used" with Monica Lewinsky. Why do people keep digging this stuff up--leave it along. I don't know if it is even true or not, sigh....
