Girls & Cigars Under The Stars II at Rick's Cabaret Rooftop Lounge

Last year we were contacted by Rick’s Cabaret to review their rooftop lounge and the good folks at Rick’s were happy enough with the review where they allowed me to set up a private party utilizing the lounge.
