"Thanks Will...have always been a big Gurkha fan (and for those who claim they are no longer boutique and mass produced, so the "bleep" what, most blends are very good regardless of quantity or speed of production)...haven't bought any…"
"No have to say that I don't smoke in our vehicles or the house...but next time I've got to travel for work, I'd love it if one of you would volunteer pick me up and drive so I can kick back and smoke...might even have a drink !! …"
"Geez, really? Had only heard of the e-cigarette...those might match the physical habit for the need to draw, inhale and exhale, but doubt they taste like a cigarette.... Can't imagine how they could match the range and complexity of…"
"Lesson learned over the years...active humidification can be worse than passive. I think you'll be fine to add some beads, jars, or even a homemade humidifier of an appropriate container, florists foam and propolyne glycol..summer…"
Cigars are one of my three great loves...the other two being guns/shooting and my family (in no particular order mind you! :) ). Began aging cigars as a hobby in the last several years in addition to my general love of smoking cigars.
Favorite Cigar Brand:
Not rank ordered, but....
Hmm...favorites, many? Nub, Oliva, Camacho, Perdomo, Gurkha, AVO, Aurora, Hoyo, Monte Cristo, Cohiba, Gran Habano, Romeo y Julieta, Ashton, many Fuente blends...
Also perfectly happy to smoke Punch, Paratgas, CAO, some 5 Vegas blends, Indian Tabac, Cusano, Plasencia, Puros Indios (again some blends)....yadda, yadda, yadda...
Cigars are not unlike people...some are better than others, but most are worth at least a little of your time and at then end of the day, it all boils down to personal tastes. There are few of either that I can't stand.
What cigar accessories do you own?
Numerous humidors (cabinet, table & desk), moist-n-aire, xikar cutters & torches (among others) and other items of interest such as molds, desktop cutters, interesting cigar boxes, etc.
How many box purchases do you make a year?
A few years ago I would have said many...none in the last couple of years as I have no space left!!!
Did someone invite you to Social Cigar? And if so who?
Stumbled across it early last year...just becoming active...
