Yeah, I can see you being a little nervous with Souter leaving. He was bland liberal, and Obama might very well nominate a spicy liberal to take Souter's place. But even with a supposedly filibuster-proof Senate (does that mean Franken is seated now? will wonders never cease?), Obama doesn't wanna ruffle feathers with this - he'll look for a safe nominee (i.e., uncontroversial) I bet.

But hey, c'mon, what are you nervous about, really? You still got your block of Obviously Five Believers over there - Scalia and his two stooges, plus Roberts and Kennedy. None of them are going anywhere soon - even if Obama gets re-elected (steady now, don't have a stroke, I said "if"), all five of them will still be there through the end of those 8 years, so no worries for you!

Anyway, all I care about right now is what's for lunch, and frankly, I don't know, so there better be some answers soon or heads are going to roll!!!!

BTW, did you see Charlie Wilson's War, and if so, what did you think? I liked it.

I can’t even begin to count how many times President Bush was called a war monger, oil-hungry, murderer, and war criminal for persevering in WINNING the Iraq war and the war on terrorism. Gratitude? Ha.
