About Me:: Sir Vin Cigars has both a retail Cigar shop as well as the only cigar lounge within a 100 miles or so of Binghamton New York. We also have our own plantation and manufacturing plant in Tamboril Dominican Republic. Our cigar line is called The "Sir Vin". We have 51 different cigars for everyones enjoyment and they range from $3.00 -$9.00.
