California is pushing so hard for a smoke free state. But, they allowed you smoke pot! That a lot of bull! Nearly every city have a law not to  smoke in apartment, homes(if you do not have kids) or your own back yard.  But it o.k. smoke pot at home if you have a card. I think the poeple we vote for the city, office and state a re smoking that stuff. Where is our rights!

Now I know the State and the city of San Francisco are on Pot! And we can't smoke in Public! That Really Grind my Gear...Oakland pass a law that that the homeless can smoke pot...on there medical pot. And the state senate is going to pass a bill. Allowing them to Grow pot for a business to rasie some tax dollar...

On November of this year. The board of supervisor of San Francisco. Is going to past a law that you can not smoke in apartment, park,bus stop or anywhere in a private or public area. Which it will start on 1st of November...Where is my right or choice in this mix up, and screwball society. But these medical pot shop....do not effect them under the new law. which it suck! Since health reformed past, not our taxes are going up or both fed. and states.
It's bad enough to still have a job.
