Cigar = Church? Rev Mus' Be Crazy!!!

One of Rev’s friends was askin’ him the other day while we was fuminating a coupla La Aurora Cameroon –wrapped robustahs “Rev how in tarnation (or did he say damnation?) can you be puttin’ together CHURCH and Cigars? Ain’t cigars considered a VICE that most churches tell they peoples to avoid or use in moderation (meanin’ smoke ‘em while no ones is lookin’)? Ain’t Church a buildin’ of quiet meditation and consecration with the powers up above? What gives? What’s up? What’s the deal?”

Well, let Rev tell you the deal: Church = Community – a place, be it real or virtual, to exchange ideas and share experiences as a member of a group of other people who share and enjoy and live those very same experiences.
Lookee here – what does a typical cigar smoker do while they be smokin’? They be talking and sharing and bonding and supporting and advising and assisting and Monday mornin’ quarterbacking (yes, drinking sometimes) and whatever other “ –ing” y’all can think of. They be sharing the common human experiences of LIFE, brothers and sisters. They be LIVING!!!

Let Rev also tell you what they NOT be doing: fighting, arguing, disrespecting, cursing each other, playah hatin’, name calling, belittling or anything else hurtful to their fellow smokers whatever they race, creed, gender or color. In other words, they be in COMMUNION with each other. Sound like a Church to you? It sho’ as hell does to The Rev! Amen!
Every single time you sit with someone and share that time together over a cigar, no matter who you with or where you be, you are participatin’ in being a fellah human being to those around ya and THAT’S why cigar smokin’ fulfills the definition of going to church – supporting and counseling and communing with ya fellow brothers and sisters!!!!! Does it get any more glorious than that, good people?!?!?!

C’mon people nah, smile on ya sisters and brothers!!!! Everybody get together, smoke a cigar with someone right now!!! Right NOW!!! RIGHT NOW!!!! Hallelujah and can I get a witness.
