Started a new hobby at the end of December that has been taking up a lot of my time. I am now making wine! Right now I have 6 gallons of Cabernet Sauvignon in the secondary fermenting stage. It will be ready to bottle in about four weeks and ready to drink around the first of March! Soon we will be making a Green Apple Reisling while we wait for the clarification of the Cab Sauv. This has cut into my smoking time somewhat along with the cold I have been fighting for the past three weeks. I will be smoking again soon though. I have way too many smokes on hand to totally quit at the moment. Another new hobby is also coming soon. . . . . HOME BREW!
