Just wanted to say first,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have made this site what it is for me this past year (almost a year I think); all of those who have given/ received PIFs, bombs, secret santa, box splits, trades. The moderators who keep things cool. And Camacho for being our gracious host.
Recent observations/realizations I have discovered today while having a morning cigar & coffee.
Enjoying a good cigar by yourself is not really enjoying a good cigar; it becomes at best a mediocre cigar no matter what brand. Cigars are not meant to be enjoyed by yourself. Smoking a cigar is a social event. It should never be rushed or forced. Take your time; you dont need to go/do anything right now. Nothing has been more rewarding to me in my exploration of cigars than enjoying/giving one in celebration of a feat / accomplishment / holiday / or b-day with those whom you know best.
I find that, ever since I have moved back home due to unemployment/graduation/economy troubles, that I cannot completely finish a cigar like I usually do. . . . because its a solo event under this roof.
What am i trying to say? A cigar is the ultimate celebration of life!
Enough said. . . . .
