Lawdy Lawdy Brothers and Sisters...this is a friendly reminder from The Rev that this very week...in two days to be exact...sneaking up on yah like a THIEF in the night...comes April Fools Day - which coincidentally and ironically appropriately concurs with the institution of the dreaded and malicious SCHIP Cigar Tax foist upon us innocent bystanding cigar smokers by the gov'ment.
Listen to The Rev when he tells yah to RUN RUN RUN with the speed of a bolt of lightning to your favorite Cigar Shop, Internet Vendor, Newspaper Stand, Donut Stand or whoever you frequent to purchase your cigars and BUY BUY BUY like a spidermonkey on amphetamines every stick you can possibly afford to purchase in these hard econimic times before the G-Man starts taking his 40%-price-increase vigorish on the Rev's and Yours Favorite Pastime.
The Rev knows that we all will eventually empty our humidors, tupperdors, igloodors, Zip Loc baggies or whatever contraption in which you might be storing your smokes down to the very last Roly, Puros of St. James, Black and Mild, Garcia y Vega machine rolled or whatever your STICK OF LAST RESORT you might be keeping in the dark recesses of the aforementioned vessels, but Brother and Sisters, make that G-Man wait as loooooooooooooooooooong as humanly possible before he be getting his piece of your action and taking cash monies outta YOUR POCKET.

The Rev hears ya Brother and he ain't trying to deny kids what they need.but lookee here: G-man bailed out Big Auto for making bad business decisions. Likewise, G-man bailed out Big Finance for being greedy and making bad business decisions. All The Rev is saying is "What's bigger than the health of our children?!?". Shucks and tarnation Brother, our kids don't need no penny-ante two-bit cigar tax that was perpetrated (1) to silence the whiny baby cigarette smokers who been bellyaching that they been unfairly taxed while cigars went nominally taxed AND (2) and which will yield ever and ever decreasing revenues as more and more Brothers and Sisters find that in a Depression - know what?- they can't afford to feed, clothe and shelter themselves and their families - including their littlw ones - much less spend non-existent disposable income on cigars and other niceties!!!
Our children DESERVE the same magnitude of help and a comparable number of zeros in their bailout package as Antiquated-Business-Model Automakers and Greedy Gordon Gecko Bankers and Financiers.
The Rev say REALLY help our little ones. Don't disgrace them with a bound-to-be ineffective and woefully inadequate funding source. Honor our children and treat at least as well as we treated General Motors and AIG.
Go tax something else, G-man.
