You'll probably get tired of seeing my comments, but I live on the West side of Pensacola and hang out at Cordova Cigar on 9th Avenue. I'm also originally from Michigan, my home town is a small town named Bear Lake on U.S. 31 just north of Manistee and about 60 miles south of Traverse City. Where are you from in Michigan?

Hey Dennis,

I grew up in a small town named Marshall(where I-94 and I-69 intersect), and went to college at Central In Mount Pleasant. Oddly enough I know where bear lake is because my wife's parents live in Manistee.

Welcome to Social Cigar. We started smoking cigars at about the same time, and my approach has been to try them all, and sort it out later. There are some I love, like La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Chisel, and Perdomo Habano, and Ashton VSG's. There are some I don't particularly like, like CAO Golds and Gurkha Black Dragons. At this point, your either finding your niche, or your discovering that your tastes are changing. I used to like a mild cigar, something light, and have progressed to more aggresive, full-bodied smokes like the La Flor's. Anything we can do to help, just ask man, that's why we are here, and again, Welcome.
