Two shots of Hennessy Cognac, two shots of Disaronno, a cherry with a tsp of the juice and four ice cubes. I pre-mix it in a bottle excluding the cherrys and keep it fridged.

Okay....so I have 2 favorite drink recipes, both which require champagne...
the first is:
SPIKED PUNCH
1 liter club sode
2 liters ginger ale
750 ml bottle of any kind of champagne
any kind of juice concentrate (i use a wildberry kind)

POINTSETTA
cointreau or triple sec
cranberry juice
champagne
blueberries
pour half a glass of champagne, a shot of cointreau or triple sec (cointreau is better) and top of it off with the cranberry juice and a few blueberries. ITS DELICIOUS

Scotch, single barrel, single malt and old enough to order itself. Neat. No muss. No fuss.

If it's gotta be a mixed than 50/50 bar scotch and Drambui -- A rusty nail.

Sazerac

INGREDIENTS

* 1 sugar cube
* 1 1/2 ounces rye or American whiskey
* 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
* Dash of angostura bitters
* Dash of Herbsaint
* Twist of lemon peel

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Put the sugar cube in a second Old Fashioned glass with just enough water to moisten it; then crush the cube.
2. Add the rye, the two bitters, and a few cubes of ice, and stir. Discard the ice from the first glass, and pour in the Herbsaint.
3. Turn the glass to coat the sides with the Herbsaint; then pour out the excess. Strain the rye mixture into the absinthe-coated glass. Twist and squeeze a lemon peel over the glass. Rub the rim of the glass with the peel, discarding it when finished.
