- This is my chance to dazzle and baffle, right? Dangerous ...
I am a 49, almost 50, year-old male, very happily married, living in Pensacola, Florida. A third generation native of Florida, although I lived in Fort Lauderdale before moving to Pensacola, and was reared in Winter Haven, I always thought I would end up in Northwest Florida.
I am a senior systems engineer, working as a defense contractor with a large company. I've been an IT director at a major Internet provider, had my own computer company, and even have a law degree and practiced for seven years.
I've been smoking cigars for over thirty years. Originally, I was introduced to Havana cigars by a friend in college who was from the middle east. My preference is for a medium to full bodied cigar, with a bit of spice.
My wife and I love to travel, and especially together. We love cruising, the Caribbean, Europe, and Vegas. I am also interested in motorsports - sports cars, formula one, etc., and am a bit of a beer geek. (Not that I don't love a good rum or whiskey, too!)
Cordova Cigars recently took a group to Camp Camacho in Honduras to tour the Camacho farm and factory and enjoy the incredible hospitality of Christian Eiroa. What an education, and a beautiful country. Thanks to Robbie, owner of Cordova Cigars, Carlos, his Camacho rep, and Christian Eiroa, for his gracious treatment of all of us.
